Direct Debits - Technical Problem

Unfortunately, due to a technical problem, the Bank has been unable to collect payments by direct debit and we are working to rectify this as soon as possible.

Whilst we await a resolution we encourage any borrowers who have not had their October or November payment collected by direct debit to make payment if they haven’t already done so.

Payment Methods

Please make payment by either of the following methods:

  1. By cheque made payable to Heritable Bank Plc (In Administration) with your account number on the reverse. Please send this payment to 8 Hill Street, Berkeley Square, London, W1J 5NG.
  2. By direct transfer to our bank account, quoting as the reference your account number. Our bank details are:
    • Bank: HSBC
