Interest rates and fees

Our interest rates are based on money market rates and asset type. The rates on offer will vary from time to time, depending on fluctuations in the money market. However, once an interest rate has been agreed for a specific transaction, that rate will remain fixed for the duration of the transaction.

The Insolvency Practitioners Association authorises Patrick J Brazzill to act as an Insolvency Practitioner under section 390(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland authorises Thomas M Burton to act as an Insolvency Practitioner under section 390(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales authorises Alan R Bloom and Maggie E Mills to act as Insolvency Practitioners under section 390(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents of the Company only and without personal liability.
