Structured Property Finance

The remaining mortgage loan assets of Structured Property Finance were sold on 13 April 2012.

Professions Finance

The Administrators have concluded that both KBFL and KBFC have no remaining properties which might permit a distribution to creditors. Therefore, the Administrators have ended the Administrations and both companies have now been dissolved by the Registrar of Companies.

Asset Finance

On 2 March 2010, the Administrators of Heritable Asset Finance Limited ("HAF") sold the rights, title and interest of the loans and leases of HAF to Aldermore Bank Plc ("Aldermore") www.aldermore.co.uk

The Administrators have concluded that HAF has no remaining properties which might permit a distribution to creditors. Therefore, the Administrators have ended the Administration and the company has now been dissolved by the Registrar of Companies.

The Insolvency Practitioners Association in the UK authorises Patrick Joseph Brazzill to act as an Insolvency Practitioner under section 390(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in the UK authorises Thomas Merchant Burton to act as an Insolvency Practitioner under section 390(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Insolvency Practitioners Association in the UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in the UK authorise A R Bloom and M E Mills to act as Insolvency Practitioners under section 390(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents of the Company only and without personal liability.
