Interest Rates

With effect from 1st February 2012 Heritable Bank has increased the Buy to Let Standard Variable Rate by 0.50% to 5.99%, the Self Certification Standard Variable Rate by 0.25% to 5.49% and the Status Standard Variable Rate by 0.25% to 5.24%. Letters to all customers who are affected by these changes will be issued in January and February, with the increase reflected in your March payment.

The 3 month LIBOR rate for mortgages linked to LIBOR was set at 0.51% on 1st April 2013. Letters to all customers who are affected by this change will be issued in October and the increase will be reflected in your November payment.

Please make any outstanding payments by either of the following methods:

1. By cheque sent to Heritable Bank Plc (In Administration), 114a Cromwell Road, London, SW7 4ES. Please ensure that your cheque is made payable to 'Heritable Bank Plc (In Administration)' and that you provide your mortgage account number on the reverse of the cheque.
