If you are having difficulty making your mortgage payments we will try to help you.

We work sympathetically and fairly with any of our customers who are experiencing financial difficulty and will try to develop a schedule for repayment of the debt that is acceptable to both you and us.

It is really important to get in touch with us as early as possible if you have a problem and before you are unable to make a payment. Your mortgage payment records are recorded with various credit reference agencies who will be advised if you miss a mortgage payment and this may result in you having difficulty obtaining credit in the future.

We aim to support our customers and you will find that we are fair and will take a sympathetic and practical approach and we may able to assist you before you go into arrears . We can also refer you to external agencies like Citizens Advice or National Debtline who may be able to help you.
