Structured Property Finance is the specialist property finance division of Heritable Bank, which funds residential and property developments for established property investors and developers.
We have a long tradition of providing finance for property professionals. This enables us to truly understand the needs of our clients. It also gives us the confidence to fund more complex transactions.
Typical individual loan facilities range from £1m to £20m. However, our largest clients borrow up to £100m from us, usually across a number of facilities. Our aim is to develop long term relationships and support the growth of our clients.
In addition to providing senior debt for property transactions involving residential development, commercial development, commercial investment, and planning gain, we are also able to provide mezzanine finance, and in certain circumstances, equity funding. In this way we can cover the whole range of our clients financing needs.
