Under certain circumstances, we are able to provide a level of funding beyond our standard senior debt criteria. This usually applies to customers with a particularly strong track record, seeking funding for highly profitable developments. For transactions of this type we would expect the client to make a meaningful commitment to the project, and we would expect to see an adequate return commensurate with the level of risk involved.
